Mechatronics engineers

Mechatronics is a combination of mechanics and electrical engineering/electronics, supplemented by control technology and information technology. Because training is interdisciplinary with us, we expect a secondary school certificate

.If you have been successfully trained, a variety of applications are open to you - ranging from mechanical and plant engineering to maintenance and servicing. As a mechatronics engineer you are an electrical and metal specialist; so you are trained so that you are allowed to work independently on electrical and mechanical systems. Qualifications in metalworking and electrical engineering are required, as well as the fundamentals of hydraulics, pneumatics and control technology.
